Retreat & Travel Sri Lanka

A 7-Day Luxury Retreat Journey Through Sri Lanka

More than a retreat. More than a journey.

Experience Sri Lanka through yoga, meditation, wellness, breathwork, exceptional places, nature and carefully curated experiences.

Our 7-day or 10-day Retreat & Travel journey combines the depth of a retreat with the freedom and discovery of travelling through one of Asia’s most beautiful islands.

Rather than spending the entire week at one retreat centre, we travel among three handpicked wellness destinations in very different parts of Sri Lanka β€” from the lush green highlands to the tropical Indian Ocean.

Throughout the journey, breath, yoga and meditation provide a continuous thread.

You arrive somewhere new, but your practice travels with you.

Discover yourself on the miraculous south coast of Sri Lanka. This island is a magical place where you can find inner peace, strengthen your body with yoga, and clear your mind & emotions with breathwork and meditation. Sri Lanka is the home of Ayurveda, one of the oldest healing systems, which holds that wellness depends on a balance among mind, body & spirit. We will help you cultivate this balance during the week and give you the space you need to develop it. We will nourish you with healthy plant-based food and Ayurvedic treatments.

Your breath will be your guide through this journey!

A Different Way to Experience Sri Lanka

Most retreats ask you to stay in one place. Most tours ask you to keep moving.
Retreat & Travel brings the two together.

We deliberately travel slowly, staying two nights in each location rather than changing hotels every day. This gives us enough time to settle in, practise, enjoy the surroundings and experience each place without rushing.

Alex & Martina are both certified by
