Cancellation by the Organiser

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or relocate the retreat if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make it unsafe, impractical, or commercially unviable to proceed. This may include, but is not limited to, war, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, travel disruptions, serious safety concerns, or other force majeure events.

We also reserve the right to cancel the retreat if the minimum number of six confirmed participants has not been reached by the stated booking deadline, or if unforeseen operational circumstances prevent us from delivering the retreat to the intended standard.

If we cancel the retreat, participants may choose either to transfer their payment to a future retreat or to receive a refund of all amounts paid directly to us. We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, including flights, visas, insurance, accommodation, or other travel expenses.
